Benefits of using Pregnenolone
Pregnenolone exhibits a number of benefits to brain health:

Dosage of Pregnenolone
We have all our patients take 100 mg of pregnenolone in a micronized, sustained-release capsule daily. It’s usually taken in the morning but can be taken in the evening.
We don’t measure pregnenolone levels because we’ve found they tend to be inconsistent and all our patients do well on the 100 mg dose. And the lab results are a guide post, since we focus more on how the patient feels.
