I’m the operations manager for Tier 1 Health & Wellness. Jill began working at Tier 1 Health and Wellness in 2010. My primary job is to keep day-to-day operations up and running smoothly and resolving a variety a problems that may arise from time to time. Jill also worked with Dr. Nichols in his spine and sports orthopedic practice for over a decade.

Biography

Jill began her career when she graduated from Roane State Community College in 2001 with an associate degree in radiology.

Since then she has had the privilege to serve in many different fields of this expertise.

“I love working with the Tier 1 family! I feel we all thrive to make our patients experience as comfortable, efficient, and as successful as possible. Tier 1 Health and Wellness is my home away from home and I consider us all family.

I do believe that our patients’ see how we all support and believe in Dr. Nichols means of treatment. Dr. Nichols does strive to improve patients’ conditions. I feel very proud and privileged to be apart of this process.”

He worked as a thoracic and general surgeon in the north of NY and was appointed as a senior researcher in the Medical Research Institute of the New York Academy of Medical Sciences, with the main clinical focus of oesophageal surgery. He continued in this post until his move to the Seattle in the early 1992.

Education

Associates degree in radiography (2001) at Roane State Community College.
